The Guardian has published an entertaining piece on Austen: Jane Austen in Quotes: 30 tips for a successful life.
Yes it should be ‘quotations’ (to quote is a verb) and the famous “a single man in possession of a good fortune must be in want of a wife” was never designed to be taken literally (Austen is known for irony – ring a bell?) but the piece celebrates Austen so I must cheer 🙂 .
